We offer a wide selection of units to suit a variety of needs: heated indoor units, drive-up units, as well as outdoor spaces for parking vehicles, trailers or RVs - and much more! Whether you're moving, looking for temporary or long-term storage, we've got the right unit for you.
At Montréal Mini-Storage, rentals are on a monthly basis. You commit to one month from your start date, with no long-term obligations. You can extend or end your rental as you see fit. It's also possible to transfer free of charge to another unit if the one you're occupying is no longer suitable.
Yes. To ensure the security of your belongings, you must provide your own padlock. We recommend a disc lock for optimum protection. If you don't have one, quality padlocks are available for purchase in our offices during opening hours.
For safety, compliance and insurance reasons, certain items and uses are strictly prohibited in our facilities:
Prohibited items:
- Tires (maximum of 12 per unit)
- Flammable, toxic, corrosive or contaminating products (gasoline, paint, motor oil, batteries, etc.)
- Food, perishable items, animals, insects or plants
- Stolen property, firearms, ammunition, explosives or fireworks
- Drugs, controlled substances or alcoholic beverages
- Works of art, antiques, collections, family mementos or objects of high personal or sentimental value
- Items requiring strict humidity or temperature control
Prohibited activities:
- Operation of a business, garage or retail sales, or any commercial or industrial activity
- Use of the unit as a dwelling or legal address (for mail, deliveries or permits)
