Bonjour , vous avez une employée au nom de Mariam qui est très professionnelle, elle adore son travail. Lol que pensez vous de revoir ses rémunérations hahaha elle m'a énormément aidé et elle continue de m'aider a Chaque fois que j'ai besoin d'aide. Bin ses mon entrwpot depuis le moi mai 2022 et je trouve que ses une bonne place propre et les employer sociable sourian il prenne le temp de t'expliquer a tes question je le suggère a qui conque a besoin d'entreposage

This place is super convenient. I was advised by Mary on the sizing of the space I'd need for my things and she was exactly right. All my things fitted perfectly. The service is fantastic, affordable and they really know what they're doing. Also the building is secure and I have no issues worrying about my things at all. Thank you for hiring such knowledgeable and caring people!

Paid up front for six months making it clear that we would no longer be needing the unit after that and was charged a fee for “breaking contract” and not giving two weeks notice when we already gave six months noticeOur possessions were also damaged by their heating system and we were not reimbursed for it

Edit: Suite à cela, le personnel m’a contacté en s’excusant de l’incident. En me disant que c’est la personne qui envoie les emails qui avait fait une erreur. Ils m’ont ajouté un crédit pour la gêne occasionnée. Avis corrigé de 2 à 4 étoiles.Personnel très aidant et agréable sur site (d’où les deux étoiles sinon ce serait une seule). En revanche, à bannir absolument pour leurs méthodes de compagnie. Extrêmement agressif, menace leurs clients par email pour un simple deuxième cadenas apposé sur l’unité. En bref passez votre chemin et choisissez une autre compagnie de stockage.

Manque de communication.Si on ne paye pas le jour même de la réception de la facture on vous charges des frais d’intérêts de 17$ -20$

J’ai loué un storage à St Ambroise,service à la clientèle très agréable et amicale. La jeune femme que j’ai trouvé là-bas était très sympathique et polie.

My experience with this establishment was excellent. Initially, there was a miscommunication regarding my deposit refund when I terminated my service with the company, however the manager and accounts payable addressed the issue in a professional manner. I enjoyed nearly six years of storage with this location.

Very helpful employees. I needed to have stuff dropped off urgently and Jamaal stayed late to facilitate the drop off. Can access after hours with a code and there is a loading bay. Only downside is the place is like a maze. If you don't get a spot near the front, it can be a 200-300m walk to the unit

Service has been extraordinary, we are downsizing and weren't sure until 2 weeks before how much space we would need. Sales manager guided us to just the right fit and we were offered free pick for pre-paying 4 months. It saved us renting a truck and finding help. The guys who picked up and dropped off our stuff exceeded expectations and Jamal gave us a warm welcome!

I can’t believe it. All these reviews on Google are legit. They service has been excellent thus far. I have had such a positive experience with Jeremy at this location. Customer service has been the biggest positive for me.

I chose MMS for the location, but was pleasantly surprised by the extra promotion of a free moving van and 2 movers for 3 hours. They were great! They took great care of my things, wrapped and covered everything, emptied my garage of some pretty heavy and bulky furniture and packed it into the storage unit so well I didn't have to rent another one as I thought I would. Two thumbs up!

C'est un labyrinthe de casiers, mais tout est indiquer pour se retrouver. Beaucoup de chariot sont offert pour transporter nos objets. Le préposé à l’accueil est sympathique et répond à nos questions.

I'm still yet to receive my deposit, even tho I closed my acc since June, they expect me to go all the way to montreal to receive in cash instead of sending thru paypal or transfer, come on guys I'm from Vancouver, have se common sake for God sake.Update: thx for the prompt reply from the customer service, they will be sending me a cheque later today for my deposit.

Great place, it's an enormous place with lots of storage and is open everyday. They are well organized and the staff is super efficient and nice. Would recommend for sure.

I used this place for two years and I’m very happy with their services. They always keep in touch with you. They send you monthly emails and if there is an issue they inform you of it quickly. The main entrance is a little steep but if that posses an issue they have a secondary loading dock on the same level as the ground floor. After a lot of research I came to find out that they aren’t expensive. Especially for the different sizes and selections they offer. It is a great place to store your things.
