Hugo helped me find the best option based on my expectations (budget and space). He was very helpful, patient and nice. His service was amazing. The place is big and safe. The prices are just and there are a lot of things to help you bring your things inside your locker.

Excellent customer service. Once I made an initial enquiry online via their website, I received a cordial follow up phone call from Hugo which was really proactive and truly helped secure the booking with NDG Entreposage. They also have an online chat service and Jeremie was really helpful and considerate of all of my questions. On site, Neil was very hospitable, helpful and supportive. Overall, the facility is clean, well-run, the staff are wonderfully professional and the service overall is fantastic. Thank you so much!

I have been using the service on Ferrier Street for a long time now, since I moved to Montreal about two decades ago.Even though the staff has changed over the years, one thing remains constant -- the curtesy of the staff. They're always ready to help and they go far and beyond to ensure your needs are met and they do this in a timely fashion.The location has climate control and a variety of storage configurations and sizes. The location is always kept clean and tidy. I always feel that my things are safe anytime I visit, as the elevator reminds of some maximum security facility. Besides, there are cameras following your every step throughout the facility.I've not had a reason to turn to any other storage service in two decades. I'd unreservedly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive staff, a clean and secure facility and a competitive price point.

I rented a storage space at Ministorage Montreal located on 5260 Rue Ferrier for almost 3 years. I give this facility a 5 star because the staff was always friendly, polite, helpful (thank you Hugo). The climate control is excellent, there is not a hind of dampness, the place is kept clean. Access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and I always found a bay to park the car. Loading and unloading is easy, a truck can back all the way to the docking area, and I was always able to get a trolley on the ground level. The place is safe and other renters are considerate.

Using the Montreal Mini Storage Ferrier is probably the best thing we did when we moved from Canada but kept our properties in storage before shipment. COVID-19 caused significant delay in our plan to ship the materials for more than 3 years. But when we eventually received our goods, everything is intact and neat just as packed. Reserving my unit was done by phone quite easily. Though, I was informed that I can call about 2 weeks before my move-in date to finalize the paperwork/ payment.When I arrived to this Mini Storage on the date of my move-in, I found out that the unit assigned to me had a lock on it and was already filled with someone else's items. Not sure how this happened, must have be a mistake in their system. This was definitely unplanned and the Mini Storage worker on-site was very helpful in finding another locker for me. The new locker was slightly bigger than my original unit and on the same floor. Even though I didn't like how there was a large column in the middle of my new unit, luckily all my items fit. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end.I would recommend that you take time to visit your unit before moving your items in, because there is a chance that your unit may already be taken!**2021-Aug EDIT: I reached out to the email that was in the reply from Mini-Storage, but still have not received a reply back...Also, I am changing the rating to 3 stars because when I visited my locker this past week, I found out that they added a lock on it without alerting me about it. I had to speak to the worker on-site to help remove it and allow me access to my unit. He said that there was no note in their system about why they added the lock.. that it must have been a mistake. The worker was nice, but this experience was very unexpected and an added inconvenience.

This review is for the Ferrier location, we rented in June - Aug 2021.The place is good and the price is reasonable, however, be cautious of the follwoing:- Sometimes, they have only one elevator working for all levels, this delays the moving- When we first started renting the space, the first day was a STAT holiday, but they reassured us that the access credentials will work. It didn't and it was a big deal. Their customer service SUCKS and are not helpful, they said they would call us back with a solution, they didn't and they never picked up again. I was able to get my work done with the help of other customers there. It was nice from them to offer a discount on the rental extension fee.- At the very end, their system screwed, and they processed our payment as if we have paid for one week less. I called them multiple times after getting the warning email, and they reassured me that it is generated automatically. Again, when I went there on the moving day with the movers, my access was denied and the space was locked BY THEM [they put a locker to prevent me from accessing my space].All in all, if it wasn't for the technical hassles at the very critical times, that could have been a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them ONLY IF you can avoid my above inconveniences.Good luck!

Very disappointed because I was given a storage room with a massive pillar in the middle and it was not in the description of the room. It was very challenging to put the stuff around it. Not everyone can visit the storage before renting (especially when moving across Canada!). Otherwise facility is clean and easy to access to.

J'utilise les services de cette entreprise depuis près de 2 ans. Le service à la clientèle est excellent, les lieux sont propres, bien sécurisés et accessible 24/7. L'entrepôt est très accessible que ce soit en auto ou en métro. Je recommande fortement.

Good storage place. Whole experience ruined by one person.I believe it is the manager/receptionist (The big girl). Absolutely, disgustingly rude. Consistently rude with no provocation, except for when you are a new customer of course (she must receive a commission because that is the only time she pretends to smile). I moved my $1000 a month in rent to another facility solely because of her.Goodbye!

J'avais déjà entreposé mes affaires dans cet entrepôt il y a quelque trois ans. Mon expérience à l'époque avait été extrêmement satisfaisante : entrepôt très propre, bien entretenu, sûr (caméras et autres systèmes de sécurité), personnel serviable, etc. J'ai donc tout naturellement décidé d'y retourner.À mon arrivée, les déménageurs m'apprennent que le local réservé était trop petit. Je n'ai que de bonnes choses à dire au sujet de Lana Maha, qui assurait la permanence au bureau et a immédiatement réglé mon problème. Non seulement est-elle efficace, serviable et très aimable, mais elle s'exprime parfaitement en anglais, en français et en espagnol (sans doute aussi en arabe). En plus de régler le problème du local, elle a aussi orienté les déménageurs pour accélérer le déchargement et réduire mes coûts. Bref, je recommande très chaleureusement et sans réserve aucune les services de cet entrepôt.

My experience with this company is extremely positive!Had to have my furniture put in storage in Montreal while I am in Turkey, so I decided to call them long distance asking for their suggestions and I was not disappointed!Everyone I spoke with were very professional and helpful, they assisted my daughter both by email and in person until the items were securely stored!Special thanks to Steve and his team! being a first time user, the staff was excellent and honestly very helpful and patient. the facility is clean and the actual storage elevator loading dock etc area is easy to use and more then adequate for my use.parking access is 123 all these comments are not an exaggeration or hypedthe business can be recommended

Clean, safe, beautiful facilities, 24-hour access with your code. Very friendly customer service - both times when I came to enquire and to start my renting, the guys at the reception took their time not only to tell me everything in detail but to go to the lockers with me and show how it works.The location is very convenient too - easily accessible from all the directions and at the same time not in downtown where traffic can make it a nightmare.I loved my experience at this location!

I needed a facility to store my furniture in transition between moves. The facility is great, clean, and in a well heated indoor building. The staff service was excellent. In fact, when I arrived my movers advised me that the size of the locker I had booked was too small and the storage staff immediately found me a new larger locker without delay and put in extra effort to find me one that was as close as possible to the elevator. The access to the loading dock is excellent and the elevators are well maintained and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommended Mini Storage to everyone. I count not have made a better choice.
