Excellent lieu pour louer un local d'entreposage! C'est chauffé, propre, éclairé par le mouvement, caméras de surveillance, monte-charge, 2 espaces de garage chauffés avec porte individuelle électrique pour décharger à l'intérieur, code numérique individuel pour y avoir accès 24h/24, personnel bilingue!Depuis la nouvelle administration: il n'y a plus de poubelles pour jeter les choses qu'on ne veut plus! Par contre, Il faut dire que c'était le bordel avant! Une amende est prévue pour les fautifs qui prennent les lieux pour une poubelle!Par contre, il y a dans le garage, 4 bacs verts pour le recyclage, mais je crois que ce n'est peut-être pas assez, car ils sont toujours pleins, mais... ils sont mal remplis par la clientèle! Il pourrait y avoir une note de défaire les boites, par exemple!

This place used to be an excellent one under previous management. I personally used it lot and recommended to other,- but not any more. They offered me three months for half price contract, but in fact they made a contract for two months in full price, which I realized only a week after. And of course they found explanation for that, which they forgot to mention me before. Just be careful, check every detail in your bill before you leave.Very disappointed 👎

We rented a unit for 6 months to store our whole 5 1/2 furniture and the service was excellent. Customer service on the phone as well as in the facility is outstanding. The place is always clean and plus they have half price off during off season. Recommend

I give 4, only because I haven't rented a unit yet. However the help I got from Brandon made it easier to decide, as he explained everything included from pricing of the units, down to them having their own professional moving company if needed. Let's see if that goes to 5 after renting. Thanks again!

Great place. Easy to access from the main entrance or the loading dock in the back. You can back your vehicle up into the loading area. Lots of options in-terms if unit sizes. I’ve only been there once so I can’t give a full review but one thing I noticed is that not everyone returns the carts back so I was lucky to find one at the loading dock. I did see some around the halls later on which is what I mean by not being returned. Also there are different size carts which I obviously didn’t know. The one I had was bigger so getting into the elevator was tricky.

I came this morning and unfortunately my lock got stuck and I was throwing a fit panicking and as I was leaving this gentleman named Dimitri who works here calm me down took care of me made me feel important. His customer service skills were off the hook and he is an absolute asset to this company. I have had a storage unit for a few months now and it has been a great experience. The storage facility is clean, the service is amazing and the staff has been very friendly and responsive. Jeremy was super nice and extremely helpful. He definitely made the whole experience of moving and storing stuff a lot more easy and manageable.Thank you so much for the great service. Definitely recommend this storage facility

This is where i have my personal man cave cause truth be told my wife takes up most of the space at home lmao!!! Happy wife happy life !!!Very impressed with the cleanliness and the safety …makes you feel secure about leaving your stuff there.Chris and the crew are all top notch and have helped me on countless occasionsI recommend this place

Lieux très propres, probablement le plus propre de tous les entrepôts que j'ai connus. Un gros plus pour moi c'est qu'on se sent en sécurité avec un bon éclairage et des caméras. Le personnel est courtois, les prix sont très raisonnables. Autres avantages; la disponibilité des petits casiers (mi-hauteurs) pour entrepôsage de boites ou objets pas trop haut.

Have had a storage space here for a couple months now and it's great. Friendly staff when I signed up for the rental of the space and also when I needed help for bringing stuff to my storage. Open 24/7 with keypad code access. Also the place is super clean!

Happy with service and price. Chris was very polite and helpful.Locker was particularly dirty with an oil stain before we stored our items. I wouldn’t store any mattresses, clothes or fabric furniture here long term. But ok for camping and sport equipment.Storage should be cleaned prior to renting out to customers.

Disappointed in the management of it all. I booked online which was the only part that went well. I specifically asked to pay in person, but I also needed access the day off and couldn't wait for staff to arrive at 9:30am in the morning as I was arriving earlier. The guy over the phone said that if I paid online, I would not need to go to the office during staff hours to have access to the unit. So I opted in since I was arriving early morning and wanted to move out of my car all my boxes into a unit, before heading out into town. When I arrive, the code was not working. Called their number, the agent over the line said I would have to wait for the staff to arrive in order to have access, but sent a note to them to change the number asap when they arrive. I asked and checked online for their hours and it was 9am-5pm (even tho on the phone they said 9:30am to 5pm). I was on a timeline and couldn't wait for the staff to arrive. That forced me to find a secure parking in town because with the value of what was inside my car, I couldn't just park it anywhere. I received a text message saying they changed the password soon after opening. Later that day, I managed to arrived at 16:30 right before they would close. Staff closed earlier and again no one on site was available. Luckily, the new code worked, but when I went inside. which ever map I looked at, none were showing my unit number. Called again the help phone line & they said they were going to send an emergency message to their staff to reach out to me asap. (never got the call). I had to search for well above 30 minutes inside this labyrinth to figure out where it was. Unit was fine, nothing wrong with it, but the process to get there was just more painful than it had to be. Not mad at the employees, not their fault, but this process could have been way better. Tried reaching out to get compensation for the troubles, still no replies at the moment of this message.

Worst experience ever. On May 9, I contacted Montreal Mini-Storage through the main line to get a quote for a unit (Lasalle) for about 10-12 medium boxes. I spoke with Steve who reserved a 3 x 5 4 feet height, which he confirmed would fit my belongings. Steve told me to contact MoveMate to help me with the actual move, which I did - it was booked for May 19 at 3 pm (I have email confirmations from both Steve and Simran). Steve proceeded to explain that, on the day of the move, I'd come to the storage with my boxes, sign the papers/pay, and place my boxes in the unit. On May 19, MoveMate showed up 2.5h late, and the Lasalle location had already closed. I then called the main line again to explain the situation and see if there was something that could be done, but was told that 1. I didn't have a reservation (even though I had emails), and 2. I'd have to come the next day because after 5 pm they can't do anything. MoveMate had to keep my boxes in the truck for the night. In the morning of May 20, the movers and I headed to the Lasalle storage. If there's one thing positive about my experience with the company is the employee Glenn - he saved my life. What a patient, honest, professional, and helpful man! I told him what happened and he went above and beyond to solve my problem. Steve had lied about 1. my reservation (there was never one); 2. the size of the unit - I had to get a bigger one at the last minute because the 3 x 5 fits 4 boxes maximum; 3. he didn't tell me about the extra fees; 4. Glenn explained that there was a way to rent a unit online and get access without me having to reschedule the move for the next day. In the middle of the chaos, I forgot to bring a lock for my unit, but Glenn gave me one to make up for all the problems I'd had. My advice is: do not trust the sales team - they'll say just about anything to get your money, but then you're on your own. If you're looking at getting a unit in the Lasalle location, I'd strongly suggest contacting Glenn directly.

Tout le monde devrais avoir son entrepôt ici. J’habite au centre-ville et mon logement n’est pas aussi grand que je le voudrais . C’est pourquoi j’ai choisi de louer ici une unité 5x7 que je paie moins de 90$ par mois pour y laisser des trucs saisonniers et du surplus de matériel de mon travail. Les unités sont fabuleuses, conçu en carrer et non sur le long comme les plusieurs compétiteurs, offrent plus de possibilités quand à la façon de disposer ses biens. L’employé à la réception offrent un super service et de bon conseil. L’endroit et propre et accessible 24h. Près de tout (pont Mercier, pont Champlain, autour)C’est super bien sécurisé, moi j’ai la tête tranquille en laissant mes trucs ici!! Garder ça secret mais c’est ici le Best spot ou entreposer ses trucs. C’est un endroit de confiance. Merci beaucoup

Entrepôt très propre et facile d'accès. J'étais contente de l'avoir trouvé. Cependant, j'ai tenté de contacter quelqu'un à plusieurs reprises pour des questions de facturation au début du mois. Quand j'ai finalement pu parler au gérant de l'entrepôt, il m'a indiqué que j'ai des frais de retard (que j'ai payé). Quand je lui ai expliqué que je tente de contacter depuis plusieurs jours, il m'a répondu que ce n'est pas parce que j'ai laissé un message à quelqu'un de me rappeler que quelqu'un allait me rappeler.... le service à la clientèle est un peu décevant.

I do not recommend this storage location. Management and ownership changed within the last 2 years and now we get regular rent increases with no increase in services, and policies designed to gouge the customer.
